Permission for Use of Images and Footage
I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to You Got Schooled Card Game (hereafter referred to as “the Organization”) to use photographs and/or video footage of my child, [Child’s Name, please insert into the child's name below], taken at the You Got Schooled Card Game Tournament for promotional and advertising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in printed and digital advertising materials, social media, websites, and any other marketing channels.

Details of the Media Release:
1. Usage Rights:
I understand that the images and/or video footage will be used exclusively for the promotion of the Organization and its activities. I grant the Organization the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these images and/or footage.
2. Duration of Use:
The permission granted by this release is perpetual and does not expire. The Organization may use the media indefinitely.
3. Compensation:
I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of these images and/or footage.
4. Privacy:
The Organization agrees to use the images and/or footage in a manner that respects the privacy and dignity of the individuals involved. The child’s full name or any other personal identifying information will not be disclosed without additional explicit consent.
5. Revocation:
I understand that I can revoke this authorization at any time by submitting a written request to the Organization. However, I acknowledge that revocation will not affect the rights of the Organization to use the images and/or footage that were previously authorized.
